1. General Terms & Conditions and Scope of Agreement

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create a valid account on Live808, you must meet the following requirements.

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Live808. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately, and all deposited funds may be forfeited. Age verification is a mandatory step under Live808's Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Single Account Policy

• Each individual may only create one account.
• If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• If multiple members of the same household wish to play from the same device or IP address, please notify our support team in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Live808 reserves the right to close any account where false or incorrect information has been submitted. Please contact our support team to update any of your details.

2.4 KYC Verification

Live808 may require identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. This may include a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Live808's financial transaction policy is fully transparent and secure. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

Live808 supports transactions in multiple currencies, including Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prevailing market exchange rates apply for currency conversions, and Live808 may charge an additional fee.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Live808's bonus and promotion terms and conditions apply equally to all players.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a special Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met — typically 5–10 times the deposit amount in bets.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or categories.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• If bonus fraud is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

4.3 Bonus Validity

5. Betting Rules & Wagering Conditions

5.1 Bet Acceptance

• Any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Any bet found to be connected to match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be voided.

5.2 Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings on a single bet or a series of bets may be capped. These limits can vary across different games and events.

5.3 Live Betting

Bets placed during live betting may remain unsettled if a connection is lost. Live808 reserves the right to suspend any market in live betting at any time.

6. Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is always Live808's highest priority. This is given special emphasis within our terms and conditions.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Set your own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• You can self-exclude temporarily or permanently whenever needed.

4. Operating multiple accounts.
